The short version

We collect the minimum we need to do what you asked us to do, we tell you what that is at the moment we ask, and we never sell, rent, or trade your data. That's the whole philosophy. The details follow.

What we collect, and why

The Persona Assessment

Your quiz answers never leave your device. The assessment runs entirely in your browser – your answers are processed on your own machine and are not sent to us or to any server. The only thing recorded when you finish is an anonymous "+1" to our completion counter, which contains nothing about you or your answers.

When you give us your email

There are four places you can choose to do this – the signup form, the contact form, the "email me my result" option on your assessment result, and the 10% offer in the small guide that pops up on our homepage. In each case your message or email is delivered to our inbox (via Web3Forms, the form-delivery service we use) and we use it only for the purpose stated next to the form: replying to you, sending you your result, or sending you the emails you signed up for. Every email we send you includes a way to say "stop" – and we stop.

If you claim the 10% offer, we also receive the two answers you tapped in the guide (what you would like to change and how active you are) so we know where to start. You tick a box to agree to receive that offer and our future promotions by email, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We only ever send promotions by email – never by WhatsApp or text message. If you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn to book a call, we use that conversation only to reply to you.

When you buy something

Payments are handled entirely by Gumroad, our payment processor. Your card details go to them, never to us – we couldn't see them if we wanted to. Gumroad shares your email and order details with us so we can deliver your purchase and help you if something goes wrong. Gumroad's own privacy policy covers their side.

Visiting the site at all

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and pages load fonts from Google Fonts – both involve the standard server logs any website produces (such as IP address and browser type). If we add analytics, it will be the cookie-free, aggregate kind that tells us "40 people visited today", never "this specific person did this". We use no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, and no cookies that follow you around the internet. The one exception is our pages for companies, explained next.

Our pages for companies

The For Business, Teams and Contact pages load a small script from Omnisend, the email platform we use to send news about our workshops. On those three pages it sets cookies and notes which of them you visit. That visit history stays anonymous unless you give us your email, for example by signing up for workshop news. Once you do, Omnisend can link those visits to your email so we send you updates that fit. The script does not run on the Persona Assessment, your results, our training plans or any other page, so it never sees your quiz answers. Omnisend's own privacy policy covers their side. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser at any time.

What stays on your device

The assessment uses your browser's local storage to remember things like your quiz progress and result timing. That data sits on your device, under your control, and clearing your browser data removes it.

What we will never do

  • Sell, rent, or trade your personal data. To anyone. Ever.
  • Add you to a marketing list you didn't ask to join.
  • Keep emailing you after you've unsubscribed.
  • Collect data "because it might be useful someday".

Your rights (PDPA)

Fable Active operates from Singapore, and your data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act. That means you can, at any time:

  • Ask what we hold about you – we'll tell you, plainly.
  • Ask us to correct it – if something's wrong, we'll fix it.
  • Withdraw consent – tell us to delete your data and stop contacting you, and we will.

For any of these, email fableactivefitness@gmail.com. It's read by Sim and Rachel, the two people behind Fable Active – not a legal department. We'll respond as quickly as we can, and always within 30 days.

How long we keep things

Emails and messages stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to serve you, and are deleted when they no longer serve a purpose – or immediately, if you ask.

If this policy changes

We'll update this page and change the effective date at the top. We won't quietly expand what we collect and hope you don't notice – that's not how we do anything here.
